Ben was inspired to design these boards for his own RC plane use cases, but they're built to be as compatible as possible. For example, the UDBmini line and the accompanying MatrixPilot firmware are designed to control almost any style of RC plane you can imagine. And they are developer-friendly enough that they've been repurposed to keep balancing robots upright, rockets on course, and autonomous boats sailing to port.
The UDB7mini (UAV Development Board, version 7, miniature) is a compact flight controller board designed for tight integration, and developer flexibility. Use it with the open source MatrixPilot project, which provides fully functional autopilot firmware, or use MatrixPilot's libraries as a strong starting point to develop your own custom UAV control system for an RC car, plane, helicopter, multirotor, boat, or your own Frankensteined robotic monster. (Example projects are included.)
Precision pressure sensor for responsive, relative altitude reporting for RC gliders. This altimeter is designed to work with Team Black Sheep's Crossfire and Tracer PWM receivers, and should also work great with any RC receivers that are able to speak Mavlink telemetry at 15200 baud.
